With regard to data protection, CRS advises on requests for authorization and notification from the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), including those relating to databases and video surveillance systems, as well as administrative offenses arising in this regard. scope.

In the area of ​​industrial property, CRS works to protect, through registration, brands, logos, industrial designs or models, patents and utility models, being able to register with all institutes and organizations of which Portugal is a member, as well as well as in several countries directly through solid local partnerships.
