Labor and Social Security Law

CRS monitors all employment issues, advising the Client on legal consultancy and employment litigation.

We collaborate in total synergy with Human Resources and/or Client Administration, to better guarantee compliance with legal obligations, prevent the verification of labor disputes and/or their quick and effective resolution.

CRS also sponsors the Client, a natural person, worker, who in their life path has a work situation to resolve.

Some of the services provided are the preparation of opinions with a view to determining compliance with labor obligations, the legality and conformity of employment contracts, maps and associated documents, negotiation with workers and their representative structures, monitoring of disciplinary processes, termination of jobs, collective dismissals and labor restructuring processes, work inspections, administrative offense proceedings and legal proceedings.

CRS also sponsors the Client in tax and Social Security litigation processes, both in the grace phase and in the judicial phase.
