The creation of the Legal Hub by CRS arises from CRS Advogados’ commitment and strategy to become an active and relevant player in civil society in the context of promoting legal knowledge and other areas of management through the creation of a dynamic space and equipped with training specialists who, in the first phase, will provide internal training to its employees aiming at the acquisition and development of new legal skills and also in the area of soft skills.
However, in the future, the Legal Hub by CRS intends to offer a diversity of training actions in different areas and aimed at different audiences, establishing, over time, partnerships with relevant institutions in the scientific panorama that, in partnership with CRS, will allow us to offer excellent and innovative training.
Internal Training Plan
The internal training plan plays a crucial role in fulfilling CRS’ strategic objectives, which, through a commitment to qualifying and updating its human resources, in a systematic and continuous manner, promotes the improvement of professional skills and soft skills through of acquiring new knowledge, as well as learning for the organization as a whole.
In this sense, the objectives of training for employees are the acquisition and improvement of their skills and the application of the knowledge acquired in daily professional performance for better performance in the solutions presented to Customers.
