CRS provides personalized services not only in the preparation and monitoring of procedural and accounting mechanisms, leading to the insolvency or recovery of legal or natural persons.

Because insolvency or a special revitalization process cannot be seen as the end, CRS seeks solutions that best serve the Client’s needs.

Thus, CRS provides extrajudicial debt restructuring and renegotiation services or within the scope of the special conciliation procedure with IAPMEI. Sponsorship in judicial insolvency procedures, including assistance in the preparation of recovery plans, revitalization and use of precautionary measures in insolvency, representation of creditors, participation and presence in creditors’ committees, advice on transnational insolvencies, action in the resolution of business by the administrator insolvency, advice on investing in insolvent assets or liabilities.

It also provides its services from the creditor’s perspective, supporting them in complaining, challenging and recognizing credits, defending their rights before the Insolvency Administrator, the Court and participating in creditors’ meetings, enforcement of guarantees.
