CRS provides sports law services.

Our services cover the most diversified areas, namely legal advice to clubs, players, athletes and agents, execution of contracts with players and athletes, legal advice on international and national transfers, legal action with Disciplinary Committees and Sports Law Tribunals, collection of outstanding payments to players and athletes, preparation of agreements with clubs, companies and sponsors related with image and merchandising rights, assistance to players and athletes with the purpose of licensing the use and commercial exploration of image, assistance on disciplinary procedures launched against players and athletes by Clubs, Sports Companies, Associations or Federations, assistance with the lawful termination of work agreement on the player’s initiative and on specific grounds for lack of payment of wages, appeal with the Sports Justice Courts, compensations related with accidents suffered in the sportive activity.
